How To Order?
You may order translation, interpreting or other services offered by the company in one of the following ways:
- Nothing can replace the value of voice-to-voice communication, so please contact our office by phone at: + 7 495 970 76 26*;
- Fill in the order form available on our website (you can also calculate the cost of your order). We will contact you to agree upon the timeframe and other conditions;
- We will call you back. You just need to request a call back (fill in the request form) specifying the exact time for making a call.
*working hours are 9.00am to 8.00pm (Moscow time). We take into account the difference between the time zones, so calls and requests for translation and legalization services are accepted on a 24-hour basis.
Living in another country or city?
It is easy and convenient to place an order for the services offered by Lada Translation Ltd.
Need for translations: 1. You should send us an electronic version or scanned copy of your document; 2. We will make an assessment of the document in terms of language, volume, subject, terminology, time needed for completion, additional services required; 3. Once you approve the proposed timeframe, conditions, price and payment procedure, your order will be accepted; 4. Upon completion of the order, the translation will be sent to your email.
Need for legalization services: 1. You should send us a request for calculation; 2. We will make an assessment of the document and determine the scope of work; 3. Once you approve the proposed timeframe, conditions, price and payment procedure, you should send us the document by mail service (ЕМS Russian Post, DHL or others); 4. Upon completion of the order, the document will be sent to the specified address in Russia, Europe, UAE and other countries.
Need for interpreters: 1. You should send us a request for calculation. Be sure to specify the source/target languages, format of the event, number of interpreters needed, date and time of the event, any additional materials available, special requests and other conditions; 2. We will determine whether it is possible to provide our interpreters and select the interpreters according to your request; 3. Once you approve the proposed timeframe, conditions, price and payment procedure, you should pay for the services; 4. The company will provide the ordered interpreting services.
